Name: Graham Dorrans

Age: 23

Club: West Bromwich Albion

Signed for a bargain £100,000 from Livingston in the summer of 2008, Dorrans has gone on to establish himself as one of the rising young stars of English football.

He originally joined the Scottish club in 2003, going on to score 16 goals in 77 appearances before attracting the attention of Tony Mowbray. He made his Premier League debut in December 2009, playing a major part in Albion's opening goal against Manchester City.

He was a bit-part player for the remainder of the season before breaking a bone in his foot in May. After returning from injury he quickly nailed-down a regular starting spot in the Baggies' midfield, helping them to an immediate return to the top-flight with a series of fine displays.

His impressive performances have led to widespread interest from other clubs, notably West Ham, who had three bids rejected earlier this earlier.

Dorrans' great touch, ability on the ball and eye for goal are sure to be key if West Brom avoid dropping back down to the Championship.
