Rovers determined to keep Thomas-Moore
Tranmere boss Les Parry is hopeful of keeping Ian Thomas-Moore at Prenton Park after offering the striker a new improved deal.
Thomas-Moore recently handed in a transfer request and had seemed set to join his father Ronnie Moore's npower League Two outfit Rotherham.
Yet Parry said: "We've sent Ian a letter saying we've refused his transfer request and we're hoping to sit down with his representative this week and get a second year sorted.
"We've offered him a second year which is what he has been asking for."
