Player Details

Harry Worley is a towering young central defender who signed for Oxford United in the summer of 2010 following the club's promotion back to the Football League. He began 2010-11 lining up alongside Jake Wright in the centre of defence for the U's. Harry was a near ever-present for the U's during the campaign with his performances earning him the club's Young Player of the Year award. Harry began his career with Stockport County before moving to Chelsea as a trainee. A loan spell with Leicester City led to a permanent move in the summer of 2008, but he made little impact during his stay at the Walkers Stadium. In September 2009 Harry was loaned to League Two club Crewe Alexandra and he spent the remainder of the 2009-10 campaign with the Railwaymen, featuring in around half of the club's League Two fixtures and scoring his first-ever senior goal in the 3-2 win at Bury in September 2009.
