Player Details

Dickson Etuhu is a midfielder who joined Fulham in the summer of 2008. Dickson is a powerful, athletic player with flashes of guile, who protects the central defenders and links well with his fellow midfielders. An injury delayed his debut for the Whites and it took him a few games to truly settle into the style demanded by manager Roy Hodgson but he soon became an important member of the team. He was again affected by injuries in 2009-10 but in 2010-11 he was back in the side until suffering a further injury early in the new year and once fit he faced a battle with new signing Steve Sidwell for his place in the side. A former trainee with Manchester City, it was at Preston that he really established himself. He went on to play for Norwich and Sunderland before his move to Fulham. Dickson was a member of the Nigeria squad for the 2010 World Cup finals, featuring in all three of his country?s games.
