Adel Taarabt is a creative midfield player who initially joined Queen?s Park Rangers on loan in March 2009. He went on to spend the whole of the 2009-10 season on loan with the Rs before signing a permanent deal in the summer of 2010. Adel is a talented player who is usually employed in a free attacking role by the Rs. He has been a near ever-present in the line-up in his two full seasons at Loftus Road, scoring some spectacular goals. He was one of the most influential figures in the team in 2010-11, leading the club?s scoring charts as Rangers won the Championship title. A host of awards came his way, including a place in the PFA Championship team of the season, Football League Player of the Year and Goal of the Season for Rangers thanks to his superb individual effort against Swansea on Boxing Day. Adel was previously with Tottenham Hotspur, making his first-team debut at the age of 17.
