Each month, you can vote for your favourite players across five divisions of English football, for the chance to win incredible prizes, including the opportunity to present the award to the winning player.
Your Championship nominees for December are.
1. Ben Bereton-Diaz (Blackburn Rovers)
Another wonderful month for one of the Championship’s top performers.
Four goals in four games for Blackburn’s Chilean star – who has been nominated for this award every month this season.
He bagged against rivals Preston, Barnsley and a netted brace against Birmingham as Rovers enjoyed a 100% record in December.
2. Dominic Solanke (AFC Bournemouth)
It was also another good month for Chelsea academy product Dominic Solanke, who was again key for the Cherries. He claimed a crucial goal in the 1-1 draw with rivals Fulham and scored the only goal of the game at Queens Park Rangers.
The 24-year-old finished the year in great form with a goal and assist against Cardiff.
3. Andraz Sporar (Middlesbrough)
The on-loan Slovenian striker is becoming something of a cult figure at Middlesbrough and he delivered over Christmas with goals in three consecutive games.
Boro went unbeaten in December and Andraz Sporar played a huge part, scoring in the victories over Bournemouth, Nottingham Forest and Blackpool.
4. Paddy McNair (Middlesbrough)
Clean sheets: 4
Chris Wilder has already declared how important the Northern Irish star is and Paddy McNair has shown he is one of the top players outside of the Premier League with a series of big displays.
In the games he played in defence in December Middlesbrough kept four clean sheets as they pushed themselves firmly into play-off contention.
5. Colin Kazim-Richards (Derby County)
The former Turkey international came up big for Derby in December as they look to do the impossible and escape relegation.
He claimed two goals which sealed two big victories over West Bromwich Albion and Stoke City.
6. Luke Plange (Derby County)
The Derby youngster made his professional debut for the Rams in December - and what a month it turned out to be.
Just 19 years old, the striker took a real liking to first-team action with goals in the wins over Blackpool and Stoke.
