Clarky Willing To Wait For Toon Job!
Huddersfield boss Lee Clark has made no secret of his ambitions by saying: "The one job in football I would love is to be manager of Newcastle United". But he is happy to wait. Lee Clark: “The only cloud for me has been that Chris Hughton has not be handed the security he and the club deserve. He deserves a long-term contract and some stability. “He’s brought players together again and they seem to be dying for him now and running through brick walls. “The players and the staff have done fantastically well to be in this position at this stage of the season and if he was to get that contract, it would be the next boost to a season that is going well. “When you have players who are being linked with a international call-ups then it is in recognition to the work of them and the manager. “He deserves a long-term contract.”
