Calf injury scare for Crouch
Portsmouth and England striker Peter Crouch is to undergo a precautionary scan on his calf injury, the FA have confirmed.Crouch, who scored twice in Portsmouth's impressive 2-1 victory over Everton on Saturday, linked up with the England squad on Tuesday ahead of their games against Slovakia and the Ukraine.However, he was forced to miss the opening training session after complaining of tightness in his calf.He was subsequently allowed to leave the squad in order to discover the extent of the injury.[LNB]
