Ross County 2-2 Morton: Report

14 December 2010 22:14
Boyd leaves it late Scott Boyd's equaliser five minutes into injury time denied Morton their first away win of the season as Ross County salvaged a 2-2 draw. County were the better side early on and took the lead midway through the first halfwhen Andrew Barrowman nodded in from Martin Scott's cross. The lead lasted just three minutes, though, as Brian Graham latched on to a sloppy backpass by Scott to equalise from close range. Morton then edged in front when Graham centred for Allan Jenkins to head home and Stewart Kean nearly made it 3-1 on the stroke of half-time but he headed wide from six yards. County did not really threaten in the second half but got their barely-deserved equaliser with virtually the last touch when Boyd headed in Michael Gardyne's corner.
