19.05 - Blackburn Rovers announce that they have completed the signing of Barcelona forward Ruben Rochina on a four-and-a-half-year deal.
18.37 - Speculation in Portugal suggests that Chelsea have agreed on a £25m deal for Benfica centre-back David Luiz. Will hopefully have confirmation soon.
18.35 - Reports are emerging that Chelsea and Liverpool have agreed a fee for Fernando Torres.
17.30 - I leave you with the news that Liverpool have confirmed that have agreed a club record fee with Newcastle for the sale of Andy Carroll. The fee is believed to be £35m plus add-ons. It appears as though Torres and Carroll will both be moving clubs this evening.

13.15 - Despite rejecting a big-money bid from Liverpool earlier today, it is believed that Newcastle are ready to sell Andy Carroll for £35m - £5m more than the Reds have offered.

It is also believed that they approached Sevilla regarding strike duo Alvaro Negredo and Luis Fabiano but the club were unwilling to sell.
