We continue our countdown to the World Cup with a look at Ivory Coast midfielder Yaya Toure, who'll be part of Sven-Goran Eriksson's squad this summer in South Africa.

Name: Yaya Toure
Age: 26
Club: Barcelona
International caps: 45
International goals: 5

Yaya Toure is the younger brother of Manchester City defender Kolo, and has made a name for himself as a combative defensive midfielder.

Part of Barcelona's all-conquering Champions League and La Liga winning team in 2008/09, Yaya Toure arrived at the club for 9 million euros in 2007 from Monaco.

He has won 45 caps for Ivory Coast, and represented his country at the 2006 World Cup finals in Germany.

They'll be needing him at his best to advance from a group that includes Portugal and Brazil in South Africa.
