Sergio Ramos has emerged as a target for Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Sevilla after it was confirmed he wouldn't be extending his contract with Real Madrid.

The Spaniard said an emotional farewell to Madrid on Tuesday after the club announced he would not be penning fresh terms at the Santiago Bernabeu, subsequently bringing to an end to an illustrious 16-year stay in the capital.

Ramos won five La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys and four Champions League crowns during his time with Los Blancos, though he's now on the lookout for a new home despite claiming he never wanted to leave Real Madrid and that they withdrew their offer of a one-year deal when he tried to accept it.

Speculation over where Ramos could be heading has been non-stop since his departure was confirmed, and RMC (via Get French Football News) report that United, PSG and Sevilla are all interested in securing his signature.

While the aforementioned clubs have all been credited with an interest, the reports also adds that PSG have already refused to meet Ramos' extortionate salary demands with the Spain international said to be asking for €12m-per-year (£10.3m).

Les Parisiens are also said to be unconvinced by Ramos' fitness levels, something which isn't a complete surprise given he's featured just once for Real in the last three months and even then he picked up a knock in their Champions League clash with Chelsea.

Given the extortionate wages being demanded by Ramos coupled with the fact he's well into the twilight of his career and suffered a number of injuries last season, it's difficult to see either United or Sevilla bowing to his demands.

That being said, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is desperate to bolster his defensive options this summer and so that could work to Ramos' advantage if the two parties begin negotiations.
