Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic has described his time at the club as 'incredible' and denied he could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge this summer.

The former Borussia Dortmund man has struggled to cement his place in the Blues' starting XI this season, with Thomas Tuchel's constant tinkering meaning he's started less than half of his side's Premier League outings.

Recently surfaced rumours have suggested Pulisic could be looking for a way out of Chelsea this summer as he goes in search of regular first-team football, though the 22-year-old has denied such speculation and says he's relishing his role at the club.

“Yeah, I'm obviously happy here," he told ESPN. "It has been an incredible two years. People have always doubted and said: 'Oh, he's not playing, does he want to go here, does he want to go there?'. I'm always up for a challenge, I love competing, I love the position I'm in and I'm enjoying my time here."

Chelsea face Leicester in this season's FA Cup final on Saturday, offering Pulisic the chance to win his first piece of silverware since arriving at the club in 2019.

Tuchel's side's preparations for the showpiece event were going well before their poor showing at home to London rivals Arsenal on Wednesday, with the Gunners taking all three points from the Stamford Bridge clash.

Despite the setback, Pulisic believes the defeat to Mikel Arteta's side could end up being a positive ahead of their clash with the Foxes and he says he's fully confident they can triumph at Wembley.

"Maybe it is something that we need - we are that much hungrier, that much more looking forward to the game tomorrow," he added.

"We know what Leicester is all about. They are going to battle, they are a tough team. They've done extremely well in the league this year. We know about their attacking ability and some of the players they have.

"So we expect them to come and battle. We are going to give it everything, and hopefully if we play the way we do and we match their intensity, I think we can beat them."
