A 5/5-rating  means The Insider reckons it's a done deal; 0/5 means The Insider has his mortgage on it not happening.Don't miss your daily instalment of The Insider every weekday through the transfer window here at MailOnline.James McArthurHamilton to Wigan - The Insider says: 5/5Moving south: McArthur is for the English top flightA £1million deal has been agreed between the two clubs and McArthur will finalise terms and undergo a medical towards the end of this week. Agent Willie McKay, who was instrumental in guiding McArthur's former Hamilton team-mate James McCarthy to Wigan, has done the job again and the Latics believe they have another gem on their hands. West Brom, Sunderland, Leeds and Sheffield United all showed interest but McArthur was keen to team up with McCarthy again and recognised the fact that Roberto Martinez will give players a chance to impress in his side. Wigan midfielder Jonathon Routledge, 20, who was on loan with Swedish side Ostersund last season, could go the other way on loan as part of the deal. Mikel ArtetaEverton to Sevilla  - The Insider says: 2/5Spain game: Arteta could be heading homeThe midfielder is still unsure of his future at Everton andclub insiders believe his departure this summer is on the cards. Attempts at a new contract have failed so far and the outcome seemsinevitable.Sevilla are willing to offer around £9m but that willnot suit Everton's valuation of their talismanic playmaker. If theysell, they would prefer to sell him back to Spain but there is alimited market. Atletico Madrid are not sure he is what they need andthe bigger sides have an abundance of midfielders. Sevilla prefer tosign younger players but have had joy in the past with the likes ofFreddie Kanoute and at 28 Arteta should be at his peak. Premier Leagueclubs are also interested however, Everton will demand closer to £18mfor a player their fans idolise. Ryan BertrandChelsea to Bristol City - The Insider says: 2/5Potential: Bertrand (right) is tipped for the topCity have expressed an interest in Chelsea's England Under 21 left-back Bertrand. Manager Steve Coppell has talked openly of the need to recruit left-sided players to redress what he sees as an imbalance in the squad he inherited from Gary Johnson and chairman Steve Lansdown has promised to fund new recruits. Bertrand would only be on loan though and City face plenty of competition. The 20-year-old, who has had loan spells with Bournemouth, Oldham, Norwich and Reading, is highly coveted with at least three Premier League teams interested too. Chelsea will wait until Ashley Cole's future is sorted before making a decision though as the prospect of Cole leaving for Real Madrid is still very real. Garry KennethDundee United to Blackpool - The Insider says: 3/5Ian Holloway is weighing up fresh moves for players he knows and Dundee United defender Kenneth is one who has been on his target list for some time. Holloway had a £500,000 bid for Kenneth rejected in January and with news that United need to sell he is coming back with another bid. The future's orange: Kenneth (left) could swap United for BlackpoolWolves have shown interest in the past and Middlesbrough are also keen but Kenneth believes he will get a better chance at Blackpool. The 23-year-old has already been called up to the Scotland squad for the friendly against the Czech Republic and had a strong finish to last season. The 6ft 4ins defender would certainly give Blackpool physical presence but they may struggle to match United's £2.5m valuation.   More from Simon Jones - The Insider. THE INSIDER: Newcastle edge ahead in Sol Campbell race as Spurs wade in to Loic Remy transfer tussle20/07/10 THE INSIDER: Romelu Lukaku set for Chelsea, Celtic eye Newcastle's Steve Harper and Aston Villa face competition for Aiden McGeady15/07/10 THE INSIDER: Liverpool to let Emiliano Insua join Fiorentina, Hull want loan star Martyn Waghorn and Celtic keen on Keiren Westwood14/07/10 THE INSIDER: Craig Bellamy set to seal Spurs switch as Stoke sign Everton's Carlo Nash and Milos Krasic runs out of options13/07/10 THE INSIDER: Stoke stand firm over Celtic target James Beattie and Newcastle keeper Fraser Forster is set to head out of Toon12/07/10 THE INSIDER: Didier Drogba down Manchester City priorities, Javier Mascherano too pricey, Steven Pienaar far from Spurs09/07/10 THE INSIDER: Fancy Zlat?
