Roberts: Substance in Baggies link

lackburn striker Jason Roberts admits there is some "substance" to rumours about a possible return to West Brom. The experienced striker has been linked with a return to his former club with the Premier League new boys reportedly willing to pay £1million.Roberts is aware that other clubs are interested in signing him, but the 32-year-old is content to leave his future in the hands of Blackburn."I think there is some substance behind that," Roberts told Sky Sports News regarding the speculation."I think there are some situations happening, but I leave that to the club."I'm happy to continue here if that's the case. If not, I'll move on. For me, I keep myself fit and wait and see where I'm going to be."Roberts scored in Rovers' friendly win over Fleetwood Town on Saturday and is expecting stiff competition for a place up front this season. He added: "We're used to having a lot of people competing for one or two places."Whether the club brings in one, two or three is not really an issue for me."
