North End need a victory to have any chance of reaching the play-offs and Agyemang, who spent three years at Deepdale before joining Rangers in January 2008, admits he will have mixed feelings.
"It's a great game for us to be involved in," he said.
"Obviously as a former Preston player it means a lot to me to go back there, but it will be business as usual.
"I'd like to see them make the play-offs, but at the same time we've got a job to do and we'll be going out to win the game and finish the season on a high.
"I'm sure there will be a few calls and texts exchanged before Sunday, but it will be serious business come kick-off."
