Players show Wotte support

Saints' relegation to League One was confirmed when they drew 2-2 with Burnley on Saturday, and they will start next term on minus 10 after the Football League's points penalty was carried over.Wotte, who took over from Jan Poortvliet in January, would have been handed a new contract had he kept Saints up but the Dutchman's future is up in the air with the crisis-hit club looking for a buyer.Midfielder Simon Gillett said: "I think Mark Wotte has done a good job. We've been unlucky at times but on the whole since he's been in charge he's done well."I think the lads are behind him and maybe he will stay."And veteran defender Chris Perry added: "The manager has done a decent job since taking over and I think he deserves another go."
