Dennis: Goal could seal Macc deal

The 18-year-old came off the bench and took just 10 minutes to score the winning goal in the Silkmen's 2-1 victory over Barnet on Saturday.Dennis told the club's official website: "I'd managed to get a few in pre-season friendlies but nothing beats the thrill of scoring your first goal in the Football League."It was a massive thrill, made more special as it was in front of the Star Lane End."It's no secret that I've been itching for my chance and hopefully this will do my chances of getting another contract no harm at all."I know there are areas I have to work on and continue to build my strength. But I think that will come the more games I play. And hopefully that will mean Saturday is the first of many goals for Macc."
