Shearer can't help Newcastle avoid the drop, claims Portsmouth boss Hart

Portsmouth boss Paul Hart believes Alan Shearer's arrival as Newcastle's interim boss will makes little difference to the Magpies' chances of avoiding relegation.Hart takes his Pompey side to St James' Park tonight knowing Newcastle are desperate for a first victory under Shearer since taking over earlier this month.The Magpies are 19th in the Barclays Premier League table and four points from safety but with a game in hand on their relegation rivals.
