Noble hails 'massive changes'

Mark Noble has hailed the "massive changes" made by the management team at West Ham as the reason for the club's recent success. Gianfranco Zola took the reins at Upton Park at the beginning of the season and has helped the Hammers into contention for a place in the Europa League. The 21-year-old midfielder believes that former Chelsea number two Steve Clarke also deserves some credit for the team's impressive performances during this campaign."There have been massive changes since they've come here," Noble told The Guardian"Training, games, the whole set-up is different. Steve Clarke is so experienced and the drills are so tight.Enjoy"But the main thing about the gaffer is that he wants the boys to enjoy themselves when they play."Everything's to do with passing. I think that's showing in our performances. Some of the goals we've scored over the past few months have been amazing."Noble, who is currently an integral part of the England Under 21 team, has also set his sights on a call-up to the senior side in time for next year's World Cup.He thinks that if West Ham maintain their current standard, Fabio Capello may give him the chance to represent his country on the biggest stage possible."It's not impossible," Noble added."It's certainly one of my aims. I'd be lying to say otherwise. I think playing for England is the pinnacle of every young English player's career."If I keep working hard and we keep playing the way we are, I might just get that chance."
