Owls offer quintet new deals

Owls manager Brian Laws, given the go-ahead to strengthen his squad with an increased budget during the summer, is also poised to offer the club's young player of the year Luke Boden an improved contract.Laws said: "We're doing our planning immediately rather than waiting until the summer and our plan is to keep these kind of players."We have made them increased offers, which in the current climate are substantial."We're increasing the budget and besides making these offers it allows me to bring in three or four good quality players."
