Avram Grant has been offered a route back into management with the Czech Republic national side.Hello again: Avram GrantThe Israeli, sacked by Chelsea at the end of last season, has been approached by the Czech FA and reportedly offered a four-year deal worth £900,000 annually.The salary would be a fraction of what he received at Stamford Bridge, but he is close to finalising a significant pay-off with his former employer.The Czech FA have been in talks with Grant's agent Pini Zahavi, and vice-president Jaroslav Vacek confirmed: 'We have spoken with a person who officially represents Mr Grant. We still hear how the team degenerated, but it does have its quality and the new coach, if he succeeds, can make a good name by that.'However, it is unclear whether Grant will accept. The 53-year-old is thought to be reluctant to commit himself solely to international management and recently knocked back a reported approach from Bulgaria. He has also been linked to Russia and the Portsmouth jobs recently, but neither post is likely to become available.The Czechs sacked coach Petr Rada and the whole of his coaching staff this month after a disappointing run in their World Cup qualifying campaign. They lie fourth in their group, five points behind Northern Ireland.Rada came in for criticism when photographs appeared in tabloids of his players allegedly cavorting with prostitutes following the 2-1 home loss to Slovakia on April 1.
