Sadler sent to Shrews

Watford defender Mat Sadler has joined Shrewsbury on loan until the New Year. Sadler, who signed from Birmingham for £750,000 in January 2008, will stay with the Shrews until January 4. The 25-year-old spent the latter half of last season on loan at Stockport, where he made a total of 20 appearances.
