Mick Harford was full of praise for goalscorers Adel Taarabt and Matt Connolly after they ensured his first game back in charge of QPR did not end in defeat.
On-loan Tottenham forward Taarabt scored with a coolly-taken chipped penalty and Connolly secured a 2-2 draw at Blackpool with a long-range strike for his first goal for the club.
"Adel was outstanding," said Harford. "He is a very talented player. I didn't know what he was going to do with the penalty but credit to him for having the confidence to score it the way he did.
"Matt's was a wonderful strike. I saw it - but I have to admit I didn't see that coming from him!"
