Roberts - Rovers are focused

Jason Roberts has stressed that Blackburn Rovers are focused on getting themselves out of a position he deems 'not good enough for a club like this'. The former Premier League champions find themselves at the wrong end of the table, although manager Sam Allardyce has helped steady the ship since he took over in December. And Roberts, who is currently recovering from a stress fracture to his foot, has vowed that his team-mates will give their all to preserve their top-flight status."It is not good enough for a club like this to be in the position that we are in," he told Sky Sports News.Concentrating"We want to get ourselves out of this position and make sure we are guaranteed Premier League football next year."We are concentrating on making sure we stay in this position."Roberts also confirmed that he has no intention of rushing his comeback from injury. The striker added: "With a bone injury you have to be very, very careful. I can't imagine playing unless it is right."I have had four in my career so far. But this is not nearly as bad as some of the other ones I have had. So I am hoping I will be back soon."
