Eriksson denies Fulham speculation

Sven-Goran Eriksson has denied reports he has been approached about the soon-to-be-vacant Fulham post - but admits he would be keen on the job. Widespread reports suggest the present Cottagers incumbent Roy Hodgson is set to take over at Liverpool.Eriksson has been linked with the Fulham post but he has "100 per cent" confirmed that no-one has contacted him about the job.He said: "I have heard some rumours (about the Fulham job), there are absolutely no facts behind it."I think they have a brilliant manager and I do not know if he is staying or, as rumoured, going to Liverpool, but so far I have heard nothing."But the former Manchester City boss admitted he would love to return to the Premier League following his spell as Ivory Coast manager for the World Cup.He added: "It's a dream for every manager going into the Premier League, it is the best league in the world."
