My esteemed (and most likely deflated) colleague, TEAMtalk.com Editor Simon, gives me his half-time verdict as a Baggies fan, he writes: .well that first half pretty much sums up why we're bottom of the table. We've probably shaded possession and definitely created the better chances, but simply don't have enough class to stick the ball in the net.We always look shaky at the back, especially when Meite plays, and Pennant has proved a handful for Robinson, who was arguably at fault for Kaboul's goal, which was a cracking finish but could have been prevented. But we do play some great, flowing football through midfield, and Brunt was unlucky not to get an equaliser. We're going down this season, no doubt about that, but should stick with Mowbray as he is learning all the time, and would like us straight back to the Prem at the first attempt, because we'd probably only lose Morrisson in the summer, meaning the majority of our squad will remain in tact for the Champions campaign.Let me know what you think at elliott.ball@bskyb.com45+1 Half-time at Fratton Park, Pennant fires the free-kick in, but Albion get it away and Dean blows his whistle to bring the first-half to an end.
