Argentina midfielder Juan Veron has blasted English football claiming his time in the Premier League nearly made him quit football altogether.Veron - who is leading Argentina's World Cup charge - moved to Manchester United from Lazio in 2001 before swapping Old Trafford for Chelsea two years later.The 35-year-old arrived in England with a massive reputation - but he failed to live up to expectations before Chelsea loaned him to Inter Milan in 2004.
