Prem eyes on Priskin

Tamas Priskin's agent claims the striker is attracting interest from a number of Premier League clubs. The 22-year-old has scored 11 goals in the Championship for Watford this season, helping to raise his profile. He has also returned to the Hungary national team, where he can boast a strike rate of seven goals in 19 appearances. His undoubted potential has caught the eye of those sides already preparing their summer shopping lists, with clubs in England and Italy monitoring his availability."He scores many goals and has had a fine year, so he has become an obvious target in the transfer market," Priskin's agent Jozsef Vorosbaranyi told skysports.com."It is true that there are teams - Fulham, Middlesbrough and Hull City - that have shown an interest but it is too early to talk about any detailed offer."I could mention around 10-15 teams that are interested. And they are not only from England, but from Italy as well."ContractVorosbaranyi admits he expects a deal to be pushed through over the summer, with Priskin keen to take on a new challenge at a higher level."It is very likely that he will leave Watford this summer," he added."But it is not out of the question for him to extend his current deal with Watford, which is set to expire in 2010."He is still young and we want to find a team for him that offers a step forward and where he can play regular football."That would be the case at Middlesbrough, as they may be in the Championship next season with Watford, but they have a good chance of going back up to the Premier League at the first attempt."
