Davis deal is unlikely - Warnock

The 30-year-old Jamaica international, who joined the Rams for £3million in July 2007, is at Selhurst Park for the remainder of the campain and has so far made six appearances for Palace.Derby are believed to be willing to allow Davis to leave, with chairman of football Adam Pearson looking to reduce their £23million debt. But with Palace's future under a cloud until Simon Jordan finds a buyer for the club, Warnock is not hopeful he will be able to make any signings."I would imagine they (Derby) will try and sell Claude this summer," Warnock told the Derby Evening Telegraph. "But we cannot afford his wages and neither are we in a position to buy anyone."
