Boyd ready to return if Burley goes

In October, Boyd controversially claimed he would never play for Scotland again while Burley remained in charge after being repeatedly overlooked by the former Hearts and Ipswich boss.Boyd admits he may one day look back on that decision with regret, saying in the Scottish Sun: "Who knows, maybe in 20 years' time I will look back and say to myself: 'I wish I hadn't done that.'"But at that time, the best thing for me was concentrating fully on playing for Rangers."I've never said I'll not play for Scotland again. Hopefully in the future I can be a better striker for Scotland if they need me."I said at the time I wanted to play for my country again at some stage in the future and that has not changed."But my focus is on Rangers and being part of a successful team. That's always been my priority."
