Gary McSheffrey to rejoin Coventry when he leaves midlands rivals Birmingham

Sent to Coventry: Birmingham's Gary McSheffreyBirmingham winger Gary McSheffrey is to join npower Championship side Coventry when his contract at St Andrew's expires on June 30.The 27-year-old began his career with the Sky Blues and returns to a club he played for between 1998 and 2006, before going on to make 96 appearances and score 20 goals for Birmingham.He found it difficult to force his way into the team after their return to the Barclays Premier League and spent spells on loan at Nottingham Forest and Leeds.The Ricoh Arena club have agreed a one year contract with McSheffrey.Birmingham manager Alex McLeish said: 'We wish Gary all the best.
