Samaras: Hoops pal is my enemy

Greece striker Georgios Samaras refused to wish his Celtic team-mate and South Korea midfielder Ki Sung-yueng good luck ahead of the World Cup. Samaras could come up against youngster Ki on June 12 when Greece take on South Korea in the third game of the finals.Samaras was conspicuous by his absence as the striker's Celtic team-mates gave Ki their best wishes at the behest of manager Neil Lennon when he left Parkhead early to prepare for the tournament."After the Rangers game, Lenny announced that Ki was leaving to go to the World Cup and to say good luck," Samaras told Celtic's website."So everyone was going to him and saying good luck. It was me and Ki standing next to each other in the dressing room and I was like, 'Don't wait for me to give you best wishes or my hand - you are my enemy from now on."'The game against Rangers is finished and we won and I was glad about that, but from now, don't look at me. I don't want to know you'."But it's all good fun. He is a great character and a good footballer and I am just looking forward to the first game."
