Sbragia on a scouting mission

Sunderland manager Ricky Sbragia has revealed he plans to use the international break as an opportunity to identify possible new signings. The Black Cats, who are currently 14th in the Premier League table, are next in action at West Ham United on 4th April.And with many of his players presently away with their respective national sides, Sbragia is taking the opportunity to view potential transfer targets.He told the club's official website: "I'll be away on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, watching games in Europe. And then next week I'm planning to take in the Wales-Germany game."Most of the club's (backroom) staff and scouts will be out looking at players and teams."We have earmarked players we feel we could bring in in the summer. It's just a case of going to have a look at them two or three times before we make a decision."
