No Britannia development yet

Stoke director Richard Smith has reaffirmed the club have "no immediate plans" to increase the capacity at the Britannia Stadium. The ground, which opened in 1997, holds 28,384 but this has been reduced to 27,598 due to segregation since the Potters secured promotion to the Premier League in 2008.Chairman Peter Coates said last week that there would be no expansion this summer and Smith has reitered that, telling BBC Radio Stoke: "We've made no secret of the fact we've been looking into the feasibility of expanding the stadium."At the moment we have no immediate plans to expand the stadium but we are giving it due consideration."
