Robinho hits back at his critics and claims: I've been a success at City

Under-fire Brazil striker Robinho has defended his performances for Manchester City, saying he is totally dedicated to the club. The £34million club record signing has been criticised after a series of lacklustre displays - most notably away from home. His attitude and support for manager Mark Hughes has been brought into question but Robinho, back home in Brazil for World Cup qualifiers against Ecuador and Peru, said: 'I truly dedicate myself to my club.
