Diouf - Rovers must believe

Blackburn forward El Hadji Diouf has called on his team-mates to play without fear during the season run-in. Rovers remain entrenched in the Premier League relegation battle with eight games of the campaign remaining.Sam Allardyce's side know performances on home soil could prove crucial in their survival bid and they must focus on picking up regular points at Ewood Park.Diouf, though, insists Blackburn must change their mentality if they are to beat the drop, believing the club must start looking to win games rather than simply not lose them."I think we are scared a little bit when we play at home or we just want to score quick or we are not confident - I don't understand that," he told Rovers World."We need to get rid of that quickly because we need to play well at home and not think about anything other than a winning mentality."We know the gaffer has a winning mentality so we have to follow him, just keep working hard in training, come back against Tottenham (next time out) and get three points."We have a lot of good players and a good team and we need to believe in ourselves."
