Rathbone makes Everton departure
Everton manager David Moyes has paid tribute to club physio Mick Rathbone after the Toffees announced his Goodison Park departure. Rathbone has been with the Toffees for eight years, but no reason was given for his departure.Moyes told the club's offocial website: "I would like to personally thank Mick for the contribution he has made to Everton since his arrival in 2002. "He has played an important role behind the scenes for the past eight seasons since joining us from Preston, and I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the very best."
