Little gets nod from Worthington

Little, 19, is promoted from the Under-21 side by manager Nigel Worthington with his Ibrox team-mate Kyle Lafferty and Burnley's Martin Paterson ruled out through injury. Lafferty was due to miss the Poland game on Saturday through suspension but will also sit out the Slovenia match the following Wednesday because of an ankle problem. Paterson, meanwhile, will remain at home to have treatment on a hamstring injury.
