Tilson hails bouncebackability

Goals from Peter Clarke, Alan McCormack and a first professional strike from Damian Scannell made it nine wins in 12 matches for the Shrimpers. The manager made four changes from the side defeated by the Robins and was relieved to claim victory."After losing to Swindon this was the best tonic because we scored three goals and kept a clean sheet," said Tilson. "The lads who I left out will be disappointed not to have played and it certainly is not because of the changes that we have won."The players who did not play have done excellently for us but I just felt that we needed to freshen it up because we have played a lot of games recently."Tilson played down talk of a late push for promotion, saying: "We will take each game as it comes. We have got 58 points and we are in the top 10, and two months ago I would have taken that."
