Hodgson hopeful on Zamora and Duff

Fulham manager Roy Hodgson is hopeful striker Bobby Zamora will be available for the Europa League final against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday. Zamora has been struggling with an Achilles injury and required a painkilling injection for the second leg of the semi-final against Hamburg two weeks ago.But despite missing training on Tuesday night, Hodgson insists Fulham's top scorer with 19 goals is on course to start the biggest match in the club's 131-year history, along with winger Damien Duff who has a leg problem."Both players trained on Monday and that was very positive," he said."Hopefully they'll train again and we'll have to wait and see if there's any reaction to that."I've been given no indication that they're suffering from a reaction so my hope is that they'll be available."Paul Konchesky (ankle), Brede Hangeland (knee) and Aaron Hughes (groin) should return after missing the 4-0 defeat by Arsenal.Cottagers (from): Schwarzer, Pantsil, Hughes, Hangeland, Konchesky, Murphy, Etuhu, Davies, Duff, Dempsey, Zamora, Nevland, Gera, Zuberbuhler, Baird, Riise, Smalling, Dikgacoi, Greening.
