Capello considers Trotters trio

Bolton Wanderers manager Gary Megson has discussed with England boss Fabio Capello the international credentials of three of his players. Defender Gary Cahill, striker Kevin Davies and midfielder Matt Taylor have all impressed for the Trotters this campaign.Davies, who is currently the top English scorer in the Premier League, and Cahill were considered for February's friendly with Spain but both were ultimately overlooked for the final 23-man squad.Capello, though, is currently weighing up his options for the forthcoming friendly with Slovakia and World Cup qualifier against Ukraine.Megson told the Manchester Evening News: "I spoke to Fabio and (general manager) Franco Baldini down at Fulham last week. I told them what the lads are like as people."It's great for the football club and the lads involved, but our priority is getting our own house in order for the Premier League."We all want our country to do well, but the be all and end all is wanting those players to do well for Bolton."
