The Robins - beaten in last year's play-off final by Hull - currently lie in eighth place but Fontaine believes the squad is more relaxed this season as they bid for a Premier League spot."Last season, we'd just come up and the Championship was all new to us. There were a lot of nerves and none of us was quite sure what to expect," he told the Bristol Evening Post."We're better prepared to do well now. We know the teams in this league and we're confident we can at least match any of them."Fontaine added of the Wembley defeat to the Tigers: "It was the best and worst day of my career and I was gutted when we lost."It's made us even more determined to reach the play-offs again. If we can do that, then we'll be in a better position to go up."
