Larkin wants Bayo partnership

Larkin was given a rare start in the defeat at Peterborough on Saturday and hopes that he did enough to be given the chance to partner top scorer Akinfenwa when he returns from a four-game suspension next weekend. Larkin said: "I don't think anybody's place us guaranteed, but in training I love playing with Bayo. Him coming back is great because he is a massive player for us because he gives us that physical presence up front. "I have never really had the pleasure of playing with him, apart from the last day of last season against Tranmere. So I have never really played up front with Bayo and I think I could help him as much as he could help me. "I run beyond defenders, and that would give him the space and time to get on the ball. I want to play every game, whether it be on the wing, up front, in midfield or in goal!"
