Crouch: Clash at City will be huge

Tottenham's Peter Crouch insists the stakes could not be higher with Champions League football up for grabs when they tackle Manchester City. Fourth-placed Spurs are currently in the driving seat to secure that all-important final Champions League qualifying spot ahead of their weekend clash with Bolton. However, they then tackle rivals City next week knowing defeat could give Roberto Mancini's side the advantage come the final game of the season.Crouch knows Spurs' trip to Eastlands will have a huge bearing on who finishes fourth and insists it is a game they can ill-afford to lose if they have serious hopes of Champions League football next term."That game will have a huge impact on who finishes fourth," explained Crouch."We are the closest team to it, and if we go there and get a result we are halfway there. "If we can get into the Champions League it will be a huge achievement for us. Hopefully we can do it."
