Brown ready for Magpies scrap

Phil Brown has shrugged off the 'fighting talk' coming out of Newcastle ahead of Saturday's crucial clash at the KC Stadium. Both sides are involved in the relegation battle but Hull City are four points better off than their opponents.Newcastle striker Michael Owen has described the match as a 'cup final', while Jonas Gutierrez also wants to 'bring it on'.Brown is ready for the challenge and is confident his players will be able to cope with a determined Magpies team."There is a lot of fighting talk coming out of Newcastle and it is interesting to hear that," said the Tigers boss."If they had that fighting talk all season they wouldn't be in the position they are in."As far as I am concerned, bring your fighting talk to the table at three o'clock and we'll get it on."Newcastle have a number of tough fixtures still to play and Brown feels they will be under the greater pressure to win.He explained: "They need the three points, we don't necessarily need three. One will do us."
