Green targets summer return
The former Doncaster midfielder will miss the rest of the season after suffering the injury in training last Friday and a screw has been inserted into his foot to aid recovery.The 25-year-old, who is recovering at home following Tuesday's operation, told the Derby Evening Telegraph: "The surgeon came to see me before I left hosptial and said he was happy with the way the operation had gone."I'm still gutted to have picked up the injury but now my focus is on being fit and ready to go when pre-season training starts."
