Tokely looking for 'cute' Caley

Caley Thistle host Kilmarnock on Saturday knowing victory would take them four points clear of rock-bottom Falkirk, who do not play again until next weekend.Tokely believes Inverness could learn a thing or two from the Bairns, who beat them last time out in the Homecoming Scottish Cup quarter-finals.The Highlanders had Lionel Djebi-Zadi sent off for professional foul on Carl Finnigan and fellow defender Tokely said: "Falkirk were very streetwise."Big Lionel was unlucky in terms of getting on the wrong side of the attacker and when you look back at the pictures on television, he was being pulled himself."Possibly, we have to be a little cute ourselves and, if we get fouled, go down."Dougie Imrie's very honest in respect of he tries to stay on his feet too often when it is a foul and you just hope the referee makes the right decision."He added: "We're very confident of staying in this league; we have to prove the cup defeat was a one-off and do that against Kilmarnock this weekend."The guys are looking forward to it and getting back to league business."Inverness have lost their last two home games in the league and cup, although sandwiched between that was the shock result of the season, a 1-0 victory at Rangers.Tokely, who turned 30 last weekend, said: "The defeat to Motherwell the other week was very disappointing but we bounced back in style with a win at Rangers."However, to lose another game at home was worrying. We're not getting off to the best of starts in games but there's no doubting the confidence is there; you don't go down to Ibrox and win and it disappears overnight."But we'll pick up ourselves up and get back to the league and take each game as it comes."We've been on a great run and now focused on dragging down the likes of Kilmarnock and St Mirren, who aren't that far away."A win this weekend would take us four points clear of Falkirk would set us up nicely for the trip to their place the week after."It's a must to catch St Mirren and Killie because we've go to play them both before the end of the season and if we take them back in and create a real scrap, there's a better chance of us surviving."Falkirk don't play this weekend so the onus is on us to win and heap the pressure on them in their game in hand."Kilmarnock make their third trip of the season up the A9 and will be hoping for a different outcome to their previous two visits.Caley came out on top in the September meeting and more recently disposed of Killie in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup.A 2-1 victory at Rugby Park in November piled on the misery, but Tokely knows Jim Jefferies' men will be desperate to get their own back."Our games with Killie are normally exciting matches," he said."We've won all three encounters so far this season, so they'll be keen on revenge this weekend."They're a good side with the likes of Kevin Kyle, David Fernandez and Mehdi Taouil, who can be dangerous on their day."But we know what we have to do in order to get the three points."
