Moyes full of praise for Hodgson

David Moyes has revealed his admiration for Fulham manager Roy Hodgson as the pair prepare to meet in the Premier League on Sunday. Hodgson has led Fulham to the brink of a Europa League final - they face Hamburg at home on Thursday with the teams all-square - and 10th place in the league.Everton manager Moyes is looking forward to a tactical battle of wits against the veteran at Goodison Park on Sunday.Moyes said: "They've had a brilliant season. What Roy has done is nothing short of marvellous. They are in a really healthy league position and they've had runs in cups."It looks as though the cups became his main target. Look at the teams they've had to beat to get to the semi-final of the Europa League."They are a big football club, managed by a top manager, who has got the team playing good football."It will be a big decision for Roy (his side on Sunday) but I would imagine his focus will be the second leg."Moyes has paid tribute to former Millwall midfielder Tim Cahill who is scheduled to make his 200th start for Everton. The Australian international has found his touch in front of goal and weighed in with the winner against Blackburn last weekend.Moyes added: "We will soon have the Tim Cahill channel here as we keep talking about him. He deserves it considering how well he has done."He was a good player at Millwall, a lot of people looked at him. He has blossomed and become a very good and strong Premier League player."Moyes will be without Dutch midfielder John Heitinga against Fulham and probably the final two games of the season, as he has a hairline fracture of the ankle.Heitinga sat out the victory over Blackburn after suffering the injury in the previous match with Aston Villa.Moyes said: "He doesn't think it is too bad and we don't think it is too bad. There is a chance he might not play again this season."It won't have any effect on his World Cup, he will be fine for that. He just needs a couple of weeks rest."It is a disappointment but he is determined to return before the end of the season. That's what makes him such a popular figure."
