Paul Hart considering legal action over Portsmouth pay-off

Waiting: Paul HartPaul Hart was consulting his lawyers yesterday after discovering that he had not been listed among the creditors owed a total of  £119million by Portsmouth. The manager who guided Pompey away from relegation last season - but was then sacked in November - is owed close to £500,000 by the crisis-hit club. Hart was supposed to get his pay-off in a series of instalments but since receiving the first payment in January the current Crystal Palace boss has received nothing. His lawyers have been chasing the money ever since.
